Our MC HV Series DC Mobile EV Charger is a portable, lightweight DC fast charging solution with power options of 7kW,15kW,20kW,30kW and 40kW. It supports mainstream global EV charging standards including GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 and CHAdeMO. Equipped with independent patented ventilation duct design for excellent heat dissipation and outdoor reliability, the charger features comprehensive protection (OVP, UVP, OCP, SC, OTP). It supports one-button start-stop, voice guidance and TFT-LCD display. Wide input voltage range, high efficiency up to 95%, power factor＞0.99. Customizable cable length, WiFi & APP, password/swipe card charging are optional. It can even be powered from public Type 2 AC charging piles for special scenarios. Ideal for workshops, fleets, emergency backup, construction sites and mobile charging services. OEM & ODM and sample service are supported.

- Compact and portable design with wheels, no civil construction required for flexible on-site EV charging anywhere.
- Supports four mainstream global charging standards: GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 and CHAdeMO, compatible with most EVs.
- Multiple power options from 7kW to 40kW, wide output voltage 200–750V (optional up to 1000V) for different battery packs.
- Patented independent isolated ventilation duct delivers high heat dissipation efficiency and stable outdoor performance.
- IP43 ingress protection and IK8+ anti-collision rating, working reliably from -20°C to +50°C.
- Complete electrical protection including OVP, UVP, OCP, short-circuit and over-temperature protection with automatic fault recovery.
- User-friendly operation with one-button start-stop, voice navigation and optional 4.3-inch TFT-LCD touch screen.
- High efficiency up to 95% and power factor over 0.99 to reduce power loss and be grid-friendly.
- Rich optional functions: swiping card, password appointment, WiFi & APP backend management for fleet charging scenarios.
- Special Type 2 input version is available, which can draw power directly from public AC charging piles.
- Customizable cable lengths, functions and appearance; OEM & ODM services with sample support are offered.
