500kW 1MWh Containerized BESS LiFePO4 Battery Energy Storage System On/Off Grid
This 1MWh container BESS adopts lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery, supporting both grid-connected and off-grid working modes, integrated with 10 MPPT channels for photovoltaic input.
The system is equipped with 4 packs of 253.2kWh LiFePO4 batteries, total capacity up to 1MWh. Rated AC power 500kW, maximum AC power 550kW for grid-tied mode; 500kW off-grid output for emergency backup. Battery rated voltage: 806V, operating range 705–907V. Cell capacity: 314Ah.
AC side adopts 400V 3W+N+PE three-phase output, 50/60Hz compatible. THDi <3% at rated power. Power factor adjustable from leading to lagging, supports reactive power regulation.
PV side voltage range: 312–500V, max PV input current 10*160A, 10 independent MPPT channels, perfect for coupling solar PV plants.
Overload capability: 110% long-term continuous operation, 120% overload for 1 minute.
Ideal for commercial & industrial peak shaving, load shifting, backup power, microgrid, solar hybrid energy storage, and remote off-grid power supply.
